Bitcoin

You can pay for your order using Bitcoin via our automatic payment gateway (see below for detailed guide on how to use cryptocurrencies).

Once you have proceeded to checkout, you will be given a 30 minutes window in which to make your payment. Do not send Bitcoin to that wallet address outside of the 30 minutes window. If you run out of time, simply make a new order.

Make sure you send the exact amount requested when you pay with Bitcoin, otherwise our system will not accept the payment. If you do not send enough cryptocurrency to the address, you must send the remaining amount to the same address within the 24 hour time window, otherwise it will take 7 days for the payment gateway to return your funds.

Make sure you send the correct type of cryptocurrency to the address provided. For example, if you send Bitcoin Cash, Bitcoin Gold or Bitcoin SV to a Bitcoin address, your funds will be lost forever. Remember, we only accept the original Bitcoin cryptocurrency.

Card payments are not currently accepted at this time. However, this may change in the future. In the meantime, if you wish to use your credit or debit card, we ask you to use the services offered by CEX.IO to buy Bitcoins using your card.

We do not accept:

• Bank Transfers
• Credit Cards

Any emails asking for alternative methods of payment will be ignored.

You can easily and securely purchase Bitcoin using your credit card or bank account from the following platforms, and then use your Bitcoin in our shop.
